Kim Ingleby

Finalist

Kim works with some of the largest businesses in the UK and Europe. Her coaching skills combine NLP and additional assessments, providing a unique blended approach that produces outstanding results. Mark Rowland

Mark blends NLP patterns and techniques seamlessly with meta coaching skills and business mentoring to support entrepreneurs, teams and communities. Mark has worked with a variety of people, from stressed entrepreneurs who have been contemplating suicide to assisting prisoners to integrate back into society. One of his testimonials stated “Mark makes an impact on others; helping them find their passion, purpose and positive flow in this otherwise loud and chaotic world”

Shelle Rose Charvet

Finalist

Shelle Rose has been assisting organisations in North America, Europe, Asia and the South Pacific, finding innovative NLP / LAB Profile solutions to their marketing, sales, negotiation and team management challenges. More recently, these tools have been developed into an App, embedding advanced psychology into software. Her track record includes assisting negotiators in the unionised auto parts industry to avoid an expected strike and sign the first 5-year contract in the history of the company.

Sue Knight

Finalist

Sue is an innovator, introducing NLP into business through her ‘Business Book of the Year Award’ winner ‘NLP at Work’, which has become a core text and is in its Third Edition. She works with senior leaders to both enhance their personal leadership capacities and empower their teams and positively transform their corporate cultures. Her nomination cited “her influence is much greater than the modelling skills she teaches – it reaches into the heart of each person or group she works with”.

Terry Elston & Adam Sprackling

Terry & Adam have taken NLP into over 21 Blue Chip companies and SMEs, working in areas as diverse as improving revenue to transforming staff and customer satisfaction levels, positively changing the way people behave, think and feel in the corporate world. Their nomination states “They have a real talent for working with people at every level in an organisation, letting them understand their impact on their business and the world – and importantly, how the way they think impacts upon them”
