NLP in Business Award

Colette Normandeau
The 2021 Award for NLP in Business was awarded to Colette Normandeau.
The winner of the NLP in Business award was chosen by our partner charity Mind BLMK.
They said...
"We really loved the way Colette described her five key principles (Consciousness; Leadership; Excellence; Caring/Nurturing; and Creativity), and how they underpinned her work and values. She spoke passionately about the importance of giving back to those in businesses, and how that would drive change through the tools and programmes instilled. She appeared to thrive from getting the best from people, and by creating truly accessible courses and inspiring positive change through those she works with."
For all awards apart from ANLP Inspiration Award, Mind BLMK were presented with a shortlist from which they made the final selection of the winner in order to make the selection based on the merits of the nomination.

NLP in
Education Award

Alison Knowles
The 2021 Award for NLP in Education was awarded to Alison Knowles.
The winner of the NLP in Education award was chosen by our partner charity Mind BLMK.
They said...
"Ali was so full of life and passion, she was knowledgeable and spoke at a level that was truly all encompassing. We loved how she described working with those with more diverse needs and skills “they are communicating, we just need to listen” which we felt was truly powerful and an important way of working. She made NLP exciting to children, by using characters and play, and had incredible first-hand understanding of what these skills would have meant to her when she was younger. Ali was such a motivational character, and it was clear how much of an inspiration she is to those whose lives she is part of."
For all awards apart from ANLP Inspiration Award, Mind BLMK were presented with a shortlist from which they made the final selection of the winner in order to make the selection based on the merits of the nomination.

"It was incredible to hear of Fiona’s work at the Royal Marsden Hospital and the way in which she supports colleagues and those undergoing or recovering from cancer. We felt she showed a real empathy and care to all those she had spoken about, and had received such touching tributes through her nominations. Fiona is clearly so keen to keep developing herself and strive for further change and better practice through the NLP skillset, and she appeared to show such care to those undergoing life-changing treatment."
For all awards apart from ANLP Inspiration Award, Mind BLMK were presented with a shortlist from which they made the final selection of the winner in order to make the selection based on the merits of the nomination.
