"Wow! The passion that came across was so inspiring and the work they have undertaken using NLP is monumental. Astounded to hear the amount of people that have died because of bullying. Their endless input in working with diverse communities including all age ranges to tackle bullying is inspiring. The title of the programme they deliver, ‘Bullying Tickles Me’ is very inventive. They work with the whole circumference of bullying, not just the victim but the perpetrator too. The work they do challenges the concepts of bullying, brings it into a whole new light and they have empowered many people."

"Garreth’s journey from being traumatised by war and its affect on his mental health has given him the passion and experience to help support others. They use NLP to support veterans, those currently serving and their families around their mental health and wellbeing. The power of explaining his own story when he was contemplating taking his own life, and how NLP helped him in recovery was very moving. He turned his life around and then set about creating a charity to enable those that financially bound, to receive funded NLP sessions, to help with PTSD and trauma. "

Extraordinary Contribution during the Pandemic

OR Training & Development, Jess & Nick Reed-Robbins & Nick Fragkias
The Award for NLP in Extraordinary Contribution during the Pandemic was awarded to all three finalists in the category.

"We realised that MIND had been put in an impossible position with this category. During the pandemic, each finalist made an astonishing impact in very different ways...Jess and Nick Reed-Robbins giving wellbeing sessions and building a support group for their community; Nick Fragkias training coaches to build resilience for so many in their own communities across Greece; OR Training developing a system to support Social Care workers at NISCC and empowering them to support themselves and their patients. NLP is at the core of everything these people have done and it’s really important to recognise the far-reaching effects that each of these finalists have had in the world. They are all winners and all fully deserving of this award. "
Extraordinary Contribution during the Pandemic was a one off category this year, so it seemed fitting to honour all three finalists
